Trattoria Ajò was founded in 2015, in the heart of the charming village of Castelsardo, overlooking the sea and steeped in history.

Our cuisine is a tribute to Sardinian tradition: authentic, simple, and made with fresh ingredients carefully selected every day.
Each dish tells a story of our land — from the scents of the sea to recipes passed down through generations, prepared with deep respect for the flavors and rhythms of the past.
